Car was starting to cause issues on the way to Bristol. Popped in to fix our break issue with such speed. We were back on the road the same day. The mechanics both seem very knowledgeable and were very thorough and given further recommendations if the issue arises again. If these guys weren't so far from our home, we would use them regularly. I thoroughly recommend these guys. Especially since we got turned away from two other garages in the vicinity, and they took the time to help us out.

We have used WJH Autos on three occasions and found them very helpful, friendly and most of all professional. On our first visit they diagnosed a problem that the dealership couldn't find. It took WJH Autos 2 minutes to diagnose and they didn't charge us a penny until the offending part eventually broke down 3 months later. We would definitely recommend WJH Autos.

Really helpful professional and got the job done what more do you want

Had an annoying problem with my AC and sometimes overheating, for several years. Been to many garages in that time and paid for several new parts to be fitted, all of which only resolved my problem on a temporary basis. Had I brought my car to these guys first, I would've saved hundreds of pounds as they sorted it at the first time of asking. It's now been several months since that fix and the AC is still working as it should. At last! Thanks

Brilliant - popped in because my daughter borrowed my car and buggered up the electrics and without a bat of eye, he sorted it.halfords and Citroen had both turned me away He didn't even charge me (we did give him something for his trouble) A really nice genuine garage and will definitely book in with them from now on 🙂

I was recommended to go to this garage, as they can fix anything, well most things. I went there for a diagnostic test, well car did, not me personally. Not only was the cost of this test half the price of Nissan in Taunton, but they also fixed the problem there and then. I was expecting just a diagnostic, then have to book car in for the job. Amazing well please with knowledge, service, attentiveness and price. I am going there about another job this afternoon so I ma sure the assessment and service will be of the same high standard.

5 star service! These guys helped me and my husband today after a stressful motorway drive with the camper van constantly going into limp mode. They got us in for a diagnostic check and helped us out so much! Really appreciated their advice and help. The owner had a wealth of info on our van and we were able to carry on to our holiday destination. Thank you again guys, excellent customer service.

This review is a little late as I first took one of my vans to Wes and his team February 2024, I was going around in circles and 4 battery’s and 2 alternators later I was suggested to go to WJH and within less than one hour I had a phone call from Wes explaining the problem and later that day I was collecting the vehicle repaired, December 2024 I recently also had a problem with my Mercedes and rang wjh and was spoke to Dane on the phone and he told me to bring the vehicle down later that evening so they could plug it in and diagnose the problem, they diagnosed the problem that evening and ordered the parts also done extra work on the vehicle that I asked to be done got me two new tyres, done a pre mot inspection ensuring the vehicle passed with ease for mot and also got it put through the mot for me all in a matter of 48/72 hours of having the vehicle it was ready to be returned to me and some of the work I had done was very labour intensive so I was very impressed with the turn around from Wes and his team, over the christmas period I dropped one of my other vans down to Wes to be worked on at the start of the year a vehicle that had previously sat with another garage for 4 months telling me the head gasket needs to come off and it’s going to cost a boom, today I have since received a phone call from WJH with the problem being burned out glow plugs and I will have my van back Monday within two days of WJH being open after Christmas they have done what a garage couldn’t do in four months. I have every faith and trust in this business. I have a large fleet of vehicles and from now on I wouldn’t use anybody else and wjh will be dealing with my fleet, You get what you pay for and the customer service and turn around and quality of work from this garage is second to none.
